8" Fabric Pond-Pot Review

Just love these fabric pots!You can roll down the sides to get the height that you want.I turned mine inside out so that the white stitching on one side seam and the bottom wouldn't show, although now I realize that algae and other dirt would cover the white stitching on the seams anyway.... These are very nice; they don't leak soil, but of course water is able to flow in and out.They don't float, either.

DMC Products Lexington Square Solid Wood Trellis Planter Review

Well, it gets 2 stars only because it is a really attractive planter box and if you're lucky enough to get one that doesn't have cracked paint or is literally falling apart, oh and you pay half of what Amazon is charging then it is almost worth it.

I ordered two planters from another seller for 54.95 each because it wasn't worth my while making something similar (lumber is pretty expensive these days) and I was thrilled when I got them. They were easy to assemble and looked really lovely. I had found plastic planter boxes that would fit inside them (they do not come with liners so you need to purchase a pot to fit inside it) and decided to wait until the next day before planting them up. Well, it rained overnight and the next day the paint was all cracked and there were yellow streaks in the white paint. Needless to say I sent them back the next day and waited for two replacements, hoping that it was just a bad batch.

The replacements came and I assembled one just fine but when I was taking the other one out of the box the trellis literally broke in two pieces. They don't use one long piece of wood for the side trellis frame but join up two shorter pieces (cheap) and it obviously wasn't glued together properly.

The broken one has gone back to the vendor for a refund but I decided to keep the other one but keep it on the covered front porch instead of exposed to the elements and so far it seems ok. It does look really nice with the jasmine twisting through the trellis, it's just a shame that these planters are so poorly constructed and finished with poor quality paint that cracks.

Teaposy Celebrate Gift Set Review

I had never seen a Teaposy tea blossom before so I really had no idea what to expect when I took it out of the package. It looked like a large, oddly shaped pellet of sorts that was rolled up tight with one end that was tightly tied with a strip of tea leaf. I placed it into the glass teapot (which was very pretty!) and poured in boiling water, as directed.
I was a little hesitant about pouring boiling water into a glass vessel, especially one that looked as delicate as the Teaposy pot did. It held up quite nicely, however, and as mentioned on the company's website it is heat resistant.I did not notice an immediate change in the tea 'ball' and stepped out of the room for a moment to deal with a puppy who was terrorizing my house and when I returned a few minutes later a beautiful blossom was steeping in the tea pot! The only issue I had with the Teaposy pot was that I tried to take the lid off after steeping and the handle of the lid was rather hot. It is not necessary to take off the lid, I just wanted to stick my face in there and get a better view of the blossom! The handle to the pot itself stayed completely cool!I love that the blossoms are made from white tea which has very little caffeine and is very high in antioxidants. I am also thrilled that no artificial flavors are used in scenting the tea!If I could suggest one change to the company it would be to find a more ecologically friendly way to package their teas. Each one comes vacuum sealed in a plastic type envelope and I would love some kind of packaging that was biodegradable.Overall, I was thrilled with this product and highly recommend it for anyone who is a true fan of tea!Discaimer: I was provided with one Teaposy pot and a selection of teas in order to write my review. DMC Products Chateau Tapered Solid Wood Planter Review

This planter is by far the worst item I have ever purchased online anywhere.It is so poorly made as to be nearly impossible to fit the pieces together properly and it is uneven on the ground once assembled.The finish arrived chipped.There are gaping holes in the bottom so a plant needs to be a pot - direct planting is not an option.One of panels has a right angle cut out of it sort of like a sandwich with a bite out it.No quality control. It is clear not one person involved in its making cared at all.Absolutely a miserable, useless planter; we will return.Such a waste of my time.I will never order DMC again.

10" Fabric Pond-Pot Review

The product picture is deceiving. The black pots have seams that are sewn with white thread and it's the first thing you see. You have to turn the fabric inside out and the roll the top down on the inside of the pot to hide the seams. A bit clumsy when adding soil. Would be a lot easier if they had used black thread.

My Stack and Grow "Terracotta" Planter arrived today, and I was truly disappointed.What I got was four nondescript plastic trays with shallow cups, instead of the beautiful ceramic patio garden that I had envisioned.

I've looked over the description, and haven't found any reference to plastic, and, it's clear that "terracotta" is used to mean the COLOR of the light-weight plastic.

In my opinion, this is overpriced for the quality.I'll keep it, since I'm hoping that any plants I use in it will spill over the sides and hide the inferiority of the planter. All the same, I feel like I was deceived by the description of this product.
