Works well, and we have had no issues with this timer. Our only warning to others, is that sometimes when the timer shows, it will appear to be dead. I guess you need to plug it into a wall to recharge the internal batteries. All good since then.

Esschert Design Plant Markers - Writeable Review

These are very nice, large plant markers, that I expect to last for a long time, but I only got 5 in my package instead of the 6 as advertised.Also, they are 7" tall and 5" wide and just average metal depth, NOT 4"!

If the quality had not been good, I would have only given 1 star since they shorted me a marker.

I ordered a pink mini rosebush to be delivered to my mother on Valentine's Day. I told her a surprise was on the way and to be on the lookout for it. She called me at the end of the day and said there'd been no delivery. I called Teleflora and asked what happened. They said that they did not have access to delivery information and would not tell me which florist had been used for the order. They also said deliveries were backed up for Valentine's Day and that they would try to deliver again tomorrow. I agreed to having it delivered the following day even though that was no longer Valentine's Day. At the end of the following day my mother called me again, still no delivery. Now that's inexcusable! You're a floral company right? That delivers flowers? So, how come no flowers were delivered? I called Teleflora, once again, same song and dance: We do not have and cannot give you, the customer the delivery and florist information. So, I canceled the order and had a refund issued to my credit card. I've been told that my refund should appear in the next few days. I'll be checking, I don't trust this company at all and will never use them again. I cannot in good conscience recommend a floral delivery company that doesn't do floral delivery. Use another florist, Teleflora doesn't deliver.

Plant Stand, Self Watering, White, Wheels Review

This is a good product and overall I'd recommend it, but the pot size is not designed to fit standard sized pots that you would buy at gardening nurseries. The pots of this product are too wide and too shallow, which may not be a problem, but I feel like the product's pots are so shallow it might be unstable if it was windy outside. I'm using it for culinary herbs and it's outside now, but I'll bring it inside for the winter.

Update: I changed the rating from 3, to 2 stars because I really can't use this product outdoors. When I water the plants, the overflow doesn't drain and that means there's standing water for mosquitos to breed in. With West Nile Virus in the area now, I decided to clean it up and use it inside only.

The planter is sturdy and attractive and room enough for a large indoor or patio plant. The drainage dish attached has two positions, opened and closed. The dish will not stay in the opened position after filling the pot above. There is no instructions and I haven't found any help so I have left it closed (no drainage) as it is used indoors and I can manage the amount of water used. The shipper did not have the instructions and the manufacturer's website has minimal info.

Jiffy Products Jiffy Peat Pots 2In Round 5214 Review

I am very satisfied with these little pots for starting my flower and vegetable seeds under grow lights indoors.They are easy to fill with germinating soil (I use a small spring handled ice cream scoop) and it's easy to keep track of water needs by making sure the little pots are damp.I line them up in sheet cake pans, which hold the water.The pots wick up the water and seem to keep the soil at just the right moisture level.If the pot tops dry out, I can see right away that I need to add more water to the pans.

I'd give them 5 stars except that I've not had complete success transplanting them directly in the garden and having them biodegrade.My seedlings seem to acclimate better and grow faster in the garden if I cut the pots off before transplanting, but that's not hard to do and I feel they've gotten a good start in the peat pots up to that point.

They certainly are easy and cost effective to use.I've tried several methods to start seeds, but these little pots have worked the best for me.

Talavera Big Mouth Fish Planter Pot, Medium, Assorted Colors Review

This fish has the potential to be very cute, however, the paint job is very sloppy. I have some very beautiful talavera pieces, but, this one has paint drips and is sloppy. It's a shame, because one side looks decent and the other like a 5 year old painted it.
A disappointment. (And, I used Amazon gift certificate money to buy it! Waste of my family's money!)

When it says 'Terracotta' I didn't pay attention to the word 'color' following it. I didn't look into it enough, and that's my fault. But don't be fooled like I was. It's terracotta colored, and made of plastic. The pieces aren't put together well, and fall apart easily when you attempt to move it. It's also very light. Could easily fly away in the wind. So don't leave it outside without dirt in it. When dirt is put in it, it should stay assembled and straight, (if you don't try to move it.) Overall, it's a good product, usable, and does what it claims to do. Just beware of the few misleading statements.

Royal Blue Passion Flower - 20 Seeds Review

I have not had any problem growing this plant--In fact it seems to grown anywhere you throw the seeds. Plant seeds in the fall just under ground and water. In the sprint they will grow fast and by the next years they are everywhere. The flower produces pods that are full of seeds. The flower it self is strange but very pretty. I live in NC in the Piedmont. Not very harsh winters and hot summers. Good luck on raising theses. They say they can be raised inside during the winter also. They are hardy and does not take a lot of water and does good in direct sun.
