I have not had any problem growing this plant--In fact it seems to grown anywhere you throw the seeds. Plant seeds in the fall just under ground and water. In the sprint they will grow fast and by the next years they are everywhere. The flower produces pods that are full of seeds. The flower it self is strange but very pretty. I live in NC in the Piedmont. Not very harsh winters and hot summers. Good luck on raising theses. They say they can be raised inside during the winter also.
